1 can chickpeas, rinsed
1 can chunk-light tuna in water, drained
½ onion chopped, finely chopped
½ small red peper, finely chopped
½ small green pepper, finely chopped
olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
In a pan boil water and let the chickpeas cook about 3-5 minutes.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, folding the tuna in last. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Enjoy it with a tomato and cucumber salad.
